3 smoothie recipes that help your immune system

  • Smoothie with bananas and spices
  • This delicious smoothie will do wonders for your immune system. Fresh ginger has a lot of health benefits, helping the body detox naturally.
  • Ingredients:
    250g spinach
    500ml sugar-free coconut milk
    3 bananas
    1 piece of fresh, peeled ginger
    ½ teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 1 tipped cardamom powder
  • Smoothie orange
  • Despite the name, this smoothie has just a little orange juice. The strong color is given by mango, carrots, peaches and pineapples, while the serious quantities of Greek yoghurt and bananas make it even more nutritious.


  • 250g chunks of frozen mango
  • 250g frozen peaches
  • 500ml Greek yogurt
  • 130g carrot
  • 240ml orange juice
  • 130g pieces of pineapple
  • 60ml honey
  • 1 banana without shell

Smoothie with red melon

Red and mint melons are a tremendous combination, especially when coldness passes, and they also have a surprisingly good taste. A glass of this smoothie is an ideal remedy when you do not feel good or when you want to clean your sinuses.


  • 250 g beet leaves, without tails
  • 30g fresh mint
  • 250g red melon cut pieces
  • 250g mango cut pieces
  • juice of half a lime

In a blender mix the beet leaves, mint and melon. Finally add the pieces of mango and lime juice and mix again.
